FAQ about our Payment
Reservation
Q. Do I need to pay for booking?
A. Yes. Reservation is confirmed only when £150 is paid. It is to secure the date as we will be fully booked very soon especially in peak season.

Q. Can the payment of £150 be deducted from cake price?
A. Yes, it will be fully deducted from the cake price. 

Q. What payment method do you accept?
A. We accept bank transfer as payment method only.

Second Payment
Q. What is second payment?
A. Second payment is 40% of the cake price which shall be paid one month after reservation. For order within 32-62 days before delivery, second payment will be skipped and final payment (total amount due less deposit paid) shall be paid one month before delivery.

Q. What is the next step after second payment?
A. Design process will start and we will keep communicate with you via email.

Final Payment
Q. When should I pay the final payment?
A. It shall be settled one month prior to the delivery date. Any late payment will be regarded of order cancellation. The booked date will be re-opened for public booking.

Q. What if I order the cake less than 1-month in advance?
A. Full amount shall be paid for order placed less than 1 month in advance. As time is tight, cake design will be limited and may allow minor modification on the current cake design only.

Q. Can I get refund of my payment if the order is cancelled?
A. Please refer to Cancellation Clause in Terms & Conditions.

Q. Will the final price be different from the initial quotation?
A.  This will happen if you request larger cake size or more cake decorations on the final cake design, the cake price will be higher. If this is the case, you will be informed of the price changes.
