FAQ about our Cake Flavour
Q. What cake flavour do you have?
A.  We have 10 cake flavour made of premium ingredients. Tastes range from rich and dense chocolate originating from our prestigious Valrhona to light and fruity choices. For details, please visit our menu.

Q.  Do you have vegan or gluten-free or allergen-free option?
A.  No. Our cakes are made of eggs, dairy products, cereal containing gluten, soya and nuts. Our kitchen is NOT allergen-free. We handle all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, egg, sesame, mustard, fish, celery, molluscs, crustaceans, soya, lupin, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Q. Can I have cake tasting?
A.  Yes. We offer cake taste box in non-peak season. You may order online here.

Q.  Can I have naked cake?
A.  No. We do not make naked cake.

Q. Do you make buttercream cake?
A.  No. To maintain a stable cake structure and ensure safe delivery, we use ganache as our fillings which is made from premium Valrhona chocolate.

Q. What kind of coating are your cakes?
A.  We cover all our cakes with fondant, marzipan and chocolate ganache. This is to ensure the cake stability and stronger structure support.
