Daphne Lau, founder of Cake Moment, started making bespoke wedding cakes and celebration cakes in Hong Kong since 2015. Nine years later, she moved to London to continue her passion. At Cake Moment, we believe every single customer should have their own unique cake design. We take pleasure to create in details, from studying the concept behind, exploring precise colour scheme, finding possible visual effect…. to crafting the final finishing.
